Little heaven called Menjangan
Maybe it's too late to wrote about this since I went to here almost a year ago (05/01/17). But, I will share one of many stories about my journey.
Then,we got not so cheap ticket for return,almost 1,5 million per person due to high demand on holiday season. We arrived at Surabaya around 09.00 P.M and we picked up by our tour leader Mas Awwab who has many knowledge about East Java destinations. We depart from Juanda with other participant around 11.00 P.M.
In the next morning,after I wake up we already arrive at Ketapang Port. It takes almost 1 hour to reach Gilimanuk Port. Then,we across to Menjangan by a boat. Also, for backpacker or solo traveller I am not suggested to here because you have to rent a boat that cost a little bit expensive or you can join a tour group and ask them if you can join to their boat.
Since Menjangan still a national park. We only get 3 hours to around this island. I am little bit upset since this island really beautiful and very calm. I also got a chance to do snorkeling and IT WAS EXTREMELY BEAUTIFUL and unfortunately I don't have any underwater or action camera. The water was very clear,light blue and tosca and fulfilled with beautiful fishes and corals.
Around February or March I talked randomly with my cousin who also my travel partner. THERE IS IT ! 2 DAYS HOLIDAY or so called LONG WEEKEND. Directly we look for plane ticket to Surabaya,WHY ? We booked a trip for 3 days with travel agency based in Malang ( FUN ADVENTURE)
